Doctor’s Coach aims to correct material factual errors promptly when identified. Readers may report factual errors, outdated information, incorrect attribution, broken source links or significant context omissions. Please include the article URL, the passage concerned and any supporting source material.

Reports are reviewed as reasonably practicable. We consider the available evidence and the significance of the issue before deciding whether a correction, clarification or update is needed. A report does not automatically establish that an error has occurred.
MINOR UPDATE
Spelling, formatting, link repairs and clarity improvements are minor updates when they do not meaningfully alter the substance of the story.
MATERIAL CORRECTION
A material correction addresses incorrect factual information that meaningfully changes a reader’s understanding of the story. Where technically supported, material corrections may include a correction note explaining what changed.
ARTICLE UPDATE
An article update adds new information because a topic evolved after publication. It does not necessarily mean the original story was incorrect. Where technically supported, an update note may explain significant additions.
